You should only commit to cool sculpting if you are willing to maintain a healthy diet and exercise frequently. Remember, if you consume more energy than you burn, your body will make new fat cells and your Coolsculpting results will suffer.

You can’t target specific fat areas with exercise
Although you can target muscle groups with exercise, you can’t target specific places where fat accumulates. You can improve blood circulation to those places which may help to get the fat burned, but you can’t actually “work” fat as you “work” muscles. Think of tennis players. Their dominant arm works hardest. Therefore, if exercise targeted fat in the area where muscles work, you’d expect to see tennis players with one skinny arm and one plumper one. You don’t.
